I have 2 indoor cats and they live in a sun room and am worried about them getting hot in summer, any ideas on how to keep them cool?

Monday, February 15th, 2010I live in a fairly small 3 bedroom house with my husband and 3 children. We could really do with more space, and we intend to try and buy a larger property in the nest 12 months. So i am wondering whether or not building a conservatory, while it would be fab for us to have some more living space now, would be a good or bad investment in a property we will be selling.
Any ideas from anyone who has had a conservatory built and then sold their home??
