Do French Doors From A House Onto Sun-room Open Inwards Or Outwards?

Friday, February 19th, 2010

If it is an external room to the house from a bedroom I would have them open into the bedroom so that a set of screens or storm doors might also be installed that open out. If it is a inside room I would have them open into the sun room so as not to take up space in the house,

What Is Cheaper? An Open Heater Sun Room Or A Regular Addition?

Monday, February 15th, 2010

We want to add a living space on the back on our house. Could be a regular addition, or a sun room; However, if it is a sun room we would like to have it heated (insulated) and we would like no door between the back of the house and the soon roof (like an opening to that room instead of a door).
What would be easer and cheaper for us? the sun room or the regular addition? thank you so much!!!
