1. Is there a difference between a sunroom and a 3 season room or are they the same thing?
2. I’m thinking about adding a sunroom onto my already existing deck if possible. Any pros or cons that you know of?
3. If you have a sunroom or 3 season room can you tell me how big it is and about how much it cost?
4. How about retractable awnings – are they worth it?
My husband had a bout with skin cancer – thankfully it was caught early but we’re trying to be more aware of the sun and my whole backyard is sun…one of my concerns with a sunroom is it will block out the aftrenoon sun on the pool and I like the pool in the sun al day because I’m not a big fan of cold water.
So what do you think Sunroom or Retractable awning?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Is There Anything I Do About Mini Avalanches From Snow Collecting On My Sun Room Roof.?
Monday, February 22nd, 2010The patio room is connected to our house. The problem is, after a couple days or so, or warm temperatures, all of the snow falls like an avalanche off of the aluminum roof. the roof has a very light downward grade (slope). Not only is it loud (woke me up when it all came crashing down at 4AM) but it’s dangerous for our pets and us who frequently use the back yard. It’s kind of nice to have all of the snow off of your roof at once but it’s scary. Any suggestions, thanks.
How Can I Get A Company To Come Out And Fix A Leaky Sun-room When They Know About It And Don’t Care.?
Saturday, February 20th, 2010This company is well known in the community and advertises at Whitecaps games. It doesn’t matter how many times I call, or who I talk to, We still have a very expensive sunroom that leaks when it rains for over a year now. This job initially was to take 6 weeks. It took a year and a half. We have had numerous other issues also, that are too numerous to get into here. We have been dealing with this for 3 years or so. I feel like they think I will just go away, but I won’t! There is a 25 year warranty, and we can’t even get something fixed now. Any suggestions? Please help!
