		<description>First you would have to ask the landlord if you can change the curtain.
Secondly ask if you can paint the window with window paint (temporary of course).
Only then can you put up blackout curatins or paint the windows .(All hardware stores carry window frosting paint)
As  a cheap alternative use Epsom salt and beer  to coat the window; About a cup of beer wiwth 2 Tbls. salt Looks like Jack Frost paid a visit
You can also buy peel and stick window things to attach to the glass.</description>
