Sorry no I have not used them why not try visiting them with your complaint. If this is not practical I suggest you send them a recorded delivery letter laying out your complaint and giving them date and time that you have phoned and had no response. This gives credence to any other action you take later. Photograph the leaks as they occur and any damage they are doing to the property, and enclose copies with your correspondence to them.
Ask them to respond within a given time which I would suggest is 14 days from the date of your letter.
Point out that if they do not rectify the leak you will have others carry out the necessary work and that you intend to pursue them not only for the amount of any repair/alteration to make the structure water tight but will also claim loss of use. ( Presuming that you have settled all payments to them for the original work)
Write the letter in a manner that is not too conformational to begin with.
In the assumption they do nothing and if the work turns out not to expensive you should be able to go to the small claims court after you have carried out the remedial work. Lawyers are costly for small claims and I would only suggest that you went that way if you require the complete building replaced.
