		<description>Home Depot and Lowes have book sections at the front of the stores that are all plan and tip books.  The ones at home depot are actually pretty good for the most part.</description>

There are two ways to approach this: building one from scratch according to a set of plans, or  putting one together from a kit of pre-cut parts.  You&#039;ll need some pretty good carpentry skills to build one from scratch but it won&#039;t be as tough as, say, building a storage shed of the same size because you don&#039;t have to mess with windows and doors. Assembling a kit will be easier but probably more expensive.
