There are two ways to approach this: building one from scratch according to a set of plans, or putting one together from a kit of pre-cut parts. You'll need some pretty good carpentry skills to build one from scratch but it won't be as tough as, say, building a storage shed of the same size because you don't have to mess with windows and doors. Assembling a kit will be easier but probably more expensive.
