Scregoff is 100% right. I can't fault his answer, and I am picky on heating issues.

obviously you must have electric sockets in your new conservetory
if i were you i would get a thermostatic controlled convector heater
we use one in our caravan works a treat

Flue-less NO! A very large open air vent would be required, about 10% of the air volume per hour. Lets face it they are always get blocked off because of the cold draughts.
A balanced flue heater would do because the outside air is dawn in and after combustion the gasses are passed outside again safely to atmosphere.
I would suggest the best bet would be a radiator off your water heating system but bo not forget to fit a thermostatic radiator valve.

When you were having the conservatory built, you should have had underfloor heating installed, that would have been the sensible thing to do.
Put in a convector radiator, now that you have left it too late. Flueless heaters create vast volumes of condensation, and burn up the oxygen.
