Monday, July 12th, 2010I just bought an Audi A4. The sun room is slow and when it is moving it will sometimes jitter/ vibrate. I greased the tracks, and that seemed to help a little. Any other suggestions? I hear that this model has issues w/ the sunroom.

Monday, March 1st, 2010roof? glass? i’ve seen that alot. if it is, they have built in gutters on interior side (bottom of top) they may be clogged up. also on outside (top) they would use a rubber gasket, it probably shrank and has one -two inch gaps now. my experience in replacing glass shows that removing glass gives access to those gutters clean them out clean glass and gaskets and replace. seal up the gaps only, too many people use too much sealant and may clogg the weeps (drain holes). it easy, little tricky getting at all the glass. planks will be needed. they are made to let water in, into the gutters and drain out at bottom of roof. hope that helps

Monday, March 1st, 20101. Is there a difference between a sunroom and a 3 season room or are they the same thing?
2. I’m thinking about adding a sunroom onto my already existing deck if possible. Any pros or cons that you know of?
3. If you have a sunroom or 3 season room can you tell me how big it is and about how much it cost?
4. How about retractable awnings – are they worth it?
My husband had a bout with skin cancer – thankfully it was caught early but we’re trying to be more aware of the sun and my whole backyard is sun…one of my concerns with a sunroom is it will block out the aftrenoon sun on the pool and I like the pool in the sun al day because I’m not a big fan of cold water.
So what do you think Sunroom or Retractable awning?
